Chubb rehires industry leader who departed in July for key role

Insurer  Chubb has rehired its former personal lines leader who departed the company just over four months ago to drive diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) efforts at the company.

Darryl Page (Pictured) is returning to take up the role of vice president, Chubb Group and chief culture officer, succeeding Ivy Kusinga. He will join Chubb again in January 2023 after retiring from the company in July this year.

Page has more than 35 years of experience in the insurance industry. Most recently, he led Chubb's international personal lines business from 2012 to 2022. Before joining Chubb, he served as president of personal insurance at Fireman's Fund in the US and during his 27-year career at Allstate he served as chairman of Allstate Canada.

Page will report to John Keogh, president and chief operating officer, and Jo Ann Rabitz, senior vice president, Chubb Group and global human resources officer. He will oversee Chubb's culture and diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) strategy.
