E&S eclipsed in Florida homeowners; big growth is everywhere else

The Florida excess & surplus homeowners insurance market slowed in 2023, eclipsed not only by the state's residual insurer Citizens, but even by a recovering admitted market, a dataset released by the state's stamping office has indicated.
