Florida cat fund FHCF eyes $4.6bn on Helene & Milton

The Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund (FHCF), Florida’s state-backed property cat reinsurer, will pencil in $4.6 billion in costs for Hurricanes Helene and Milton, reducing its current year rump claims paying ability to some $13.7 billion.
