Gen Re elevates CFO to executive board

Gen Re has appointed Nancy Roos (pictured) to the executive board of General Reinsurance AG, effective 1 April 2026, following the retirement of Mike O’Dea. General Reinsurance AG serves as Gen Re’s German legal entity and primary carrier for its international business.
