Amlin ratings unaffected after MS&AD offer: S&P

Ratings on Amlin and its operating subsidiaries will be unaffected following its acquisition offer from Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Group (MS&AD), according to rating agency Standard & Poor's (S&P).
