Aon lifts former WTW duo to commercial risk leadership roles

Re/insurance broker  Aon has bolstered its commercial risk solution leadership with two new appointments to help clients navigate volatility in the current market environment.

Natalia Char Mutis (pictured Left) has been appointed as head of commercial risk solutions for Latin America. In her new role, she will lead commercial risk solutions for all nine countries in LatAm. Char Mutis joined Aon in 2021 from rival WTW as strategy and broking leader for commercial risk in the region.

Luca Tassarotti (Pictured Right) has been named head of commercial risk solutions for EMEA. He joined Aon in 2006 as a managing director in Aon’s financial services group.

Tassarotti has been with Aon for more than 16 years, most recently as CEO EMEA and deputy CEO global facultative. He joined Aon from WTW after more than a decade at WTW in late 2006.

Aon’s Commercial Risk Solutions offers risk advisory, risk transfer and structured solutions that help better identify, quantify and manage risk exposure.
