Berkshire's BHSI poaches head of FI Germany from Allianz

Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) has appointed Frank Amandi as head of financial institutions, for executive and professional lines in Germany.

Amandi was most recently deputy global head of financial institutions at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE in Germany. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Chubb Insurance Company of Europe SE, Dusseldorf. Amandi has more than 20 years of experience spanning international insurance, underwriting, claims and product development.
