BMS Associates re-named after Capital Z investment

BMS Associates, the holding company of specialist broking business BMS Group and underwriting business Pioneer Underwriters, has been renamed Minova Insurance.

The re-naming follows the completion of investment by Capital Z Partners, which raised $50.7 million.

Dane Douetil, group chief executive officer of Minova Insurance, said: “As we launch Minova Insurance, we are delighted to welcome Capital Z as a shareholder and valuable partner to the group.
