Chubb lifts insider to lead management & professional liability lines

Property/casualty insurer  Chubb named new leadership to its North American management and financial lines business, promoting an insider in-line

Michael Mollica (Pictured) becomes division president for the company's North America financial lines to oversee the offer in D&O, transactional risk, as well as its errors and omissions and cyber products across the full swathe of Chubb commercial clients. Mollica succeeds Steve Goldman, who has left the company.

Mollica knows the division, having joined in 2008 and risen through the ranks to lead financial lines and, most recently, as EVP to lead the effort for private/not-for-profit business clients.

Chubb group deputy chairman and president of North American insurance John Lupica commented:

"Mike has been a proven leader in our Financial Lines division since he joined Chubb nearly 15 years ago. He is an experienced executive with strong technical underwriter skills and deep insight into the financial lines market and our customers' and distribution partners' needs.
