Dale appoints new head of property reinsurance from Apollo

Dale Underwriting Partners (DUP) has appointed a new head of property reinsurance.

Tony Forder joins Dale Underwriting Partners in the role from Apollo Syndicate Management, where he was head of US treaty. Before that he was a senior underwriter at Faraday for 14 years.

Forder takes up his new post on April 19, 2021.

Dominic Peters, active underwriter at Dale Underwriting Partners, called Forder “a fantastic addition to our accomplished underwriting team” who “brings a wealth of experience and technical expertise.”

Forder said he had always admired Dale Underwriting Partner's entrepreneurial culture. “It is an exciting time as they continue to build their offerings allied with the market environment,” he said.
