The lawsuit filed by rock bank the Foo Fighters against Lloyd's of London and entertainment broker Robertson Taylor has been dismissed after all parties filed for a voluntary dismissal in a California federal court.
The US District Judge Manuel Real had approved the dismissal with prejudice, which means the band cannot refile the case on the same claim.
Seven of the Foo Fighters' shows had been cancelled due to lead singer Dave Grohl breaking his leg on June 12, 2015, during a show in Gothernberg, Sweden.
