Hiscox appoints former SiriusPoint global CIO to board

Specialist global insurer  Hiscox has appointed the former chief information officer (CIO) of SiriusPoint to its board of directors.

Beth Boucher will join Hiscox as independent non-executive director.

Boucher has over 25 years' experience leading global teams and initiatives across multiple industries. During her time at Fortium Partners, SiriusPoint, Travelers, Pfizer and Accenture, she amassed excellent credentials in cyber security, people management, transformation, and audit and regulatory operations.

Boucher is currently non-executive director, audit committee member and chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Coforge. She also recently served as NED and chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee on the board of Omaha National. Alongside her board activities, she is a partner at Fortium Partners, and Research Fellow at Nemertes Research.
