Hiscox sells an Asian subsidiary after ‘strategic review’

Specialist global insurer Hiscox has agreed to sell one of its Asian subsidiaries following a “strategic review” of the business. The move is part of its focus on key markets where it sees more opportunities to maximise shareholder value.
