JLT Re appoints non-marine partners

JLT Reinsurance brokers (JLT Re) has appointed Sergey Grazhdankin and Edmond Wodehouse, as partners in the non-marine team, for Central and Eastern Europe.

Bradley Maltese, member of the JLT Re board, said the firm’s focus on the region continues and these excellent practitioners are a clear demonstration of this.

“Whilst building on our European practice they will also broaden our international reinsurance offering as we continue to expand. We will continue to recruit key individuals who understand the importance of being a client advocate in an increasing more complex reinsurance market,” he said.

Grazhdankin has several years of experience of underwriting at both Swiss Re and Munich Re, before joining Willis Re in 2011. Edmond has over 15 years of broking experience in the region, most recently at Willis Re.
