Manchester Underwriting appoints Munich Re exec as claims manager

Specialist managing general agent (MGA) Manchester Underwriting Management has appointed Dan Cooper as claims manager.

Cooper has worked on a broad range of claims and legal matters for over 18 years and joins Manchester from Munich Re, having previously worked for DCS and as a solicitor for Davies Arnold Cooper and WHCG.

In his new role, Cooper will be managing all claims operations for Manchester Underwriting Management.

"Manchester Underwriting Management is about providing brokers with quality products, fantastic service and first-class security," said CEO Charles Manchester. "Our underwriters make decisions and we provide a great claims service.
