McGill and Partners taps Aon for US structured solutions specialist

McGill and Partners, the specialist boutique broker, has tapped an experienced  Aon Reinsurance Solutions executive to help spearhead its push into portfolio solutions in the US.

Ken Lorber has 10 years’ experience; starting his career at Aon Risk Solutions, before joining Aon Reinsurance Solutions in 2014. He was responsible for structuring treaties for global and regional carriers, along with developing MGA solutions for clients and, established markets for new insurance products.

Lorber, who is based in San Francisco, will play a leading role in building out the business in the US, structuring bespoke insurance and reinsurance solutions for McGill and Partners’ clients.

McGill and Partners continues to expand now reaching the 300 employees’ milestone, spread over offices in London, New York, Miami and Dublin.
