Munich Re on still-lax cyber wordings: ‘we prefer not participating’

Munich Re is walking away from cyber reinsurance deals wherever wordings on policy exclusions continue to fail its litmus tests and warns that plenty more work is required to make coverage “as crystal clear as possible”.
