NARS appoints director of project management

North American Risk Services (NARS), a provider of comprehensive claims and insurance-related services, has appointed Karen O’Keefe-Payne as director of its project management.

O’Keefe-Payne has been in the insurance industry for close to 20 years, where she started her career as an agent, then transitioned into an adjuster position at Progressive Insurance.

Once at NARS, she was promoted from adjuster to quality assurance analyst, compliance and implementation supervisor, and most recently client service manager.

“Karen is known for her ambition, positive attitude and ability to find solutions no matter how complex the issue. As we seek to enhance our products with new innovations, we were fortunate to have the chance to promote someone into this role who really knows NARS,” said Robert Ruryk, president and chief executive officer of NARS.
