Artur Niemczewski, CEO of Pro, has stepped down from this role to pursue other opportunities, the firm Pro Global has confirmed.
Andrew Donnelly, the firm’s chief finance officer, will become interim CEO as the company looks for its next CEO to follow Niemczewski, who has been Pro’s CEO for six years.
Adam Barron, principle and founder at Acuity Investment, which owns Pro Global, said: “During Artur’s tenure, Pro has pursued a laser focused commitment to client service and successfully grown as a leading global re/insurance outsourcing and consulting specialist.”
Barron said key milestones of the CEO’s tenure included the company’s demerger in 2014, its acquisition by Acuity in 2016, the establishment of ProTucket in the US in 2017, and most recently the creation of Pro MGA Solutions in 2019.
He added: “The board of Pro would like to thank Artur for his dedication and drive and wish him success in the future.
“Pro will be seeking a permanent CEO to replace Artur, but while the process to select a new leader for Pro is underway, Andrew Donnelly, currently CFO, will assume the role of interim CEO.”
