Profits rise at KBC Groep but non-life hit by higher claims
KBC Groep, the Belgium bank-insurer with a significant present in central and eastern Europe, posted improved profits in the second half of 2016 but the contribution from its non-life insurance units decreased mainly due to higher claims.
