QBE fast tracks newcomer into captive reinsurance CFO posts

QBE Insurance tapped an insider with less than two years tenure to become chief financial officer to its captive reinsurance units Equator Re and Blue Ocean Re.

Hannah Farrer Fisher (pictured), who joined QBE only in January 2022 as head of capital solutions, announced the move on her LinkedIn profile.

Fisher came to the QBE group from Armour Group where she had been chief operating officer for two and a half years after a 9M post for the group as the UK chief operating officer.
