Renewable energy holds key for LatAm growth

Despite the International Monetary Fund’s downbeat forecast for economic growth in Latin America – an anticipated fifth year decline to less than 1 percent – there are still many reasons to remain optimistic about the long term prospects for international re/insurers operating in the region, said John Giralt, Hiscox’s MGA’s managing director in Miami.
