Swiss Re sees big claims potential in PFAS ‘forever chemicals’, no blanket solutions

Risks from the full swathe of PFAS chemicals, the so-called ‘forever chemicals’, could permeate nearly all classes of product and industrial liability, but remain both too hazy and too omnipresent to attack early with mass exclusions, officials at Swiss Re have claimed.
