Truist replaces CEO as it unveils leadership changes
Truist Financial Corporation has named a chief executive officer succeeding Kelly King in a leadership shake up.
William Rogers Jr (pictured) will replace King who will transition to the role of executive chairman of the board of directors, a position that will be effective until March 12, 2022.
Rogers currently holds the position of president and chief operating officer and will move across to the new role from September 1, 2021.
Daryl Bible has been named as the chief financial officer, while Scott Case will be chief information officer. Beau Cummins will be vice chair and Ellen M Fitzsimmons will be chief legal officer and head of public affairs.
