WTW makes double swoop for senior Lockton talent
Global broker WTW has expanded its North America Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) with two key hires from Lockton.
Frank Scardino joins as North America strategic sales leader and leader of the Dallas market, along with Kenneth Gould as strategic client engagement leader within Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), North America.
Scardino joins WTW from Lockton, where for the previous 18 years he served in a variety of leadership positions. Most recently, he served as a senior partner and president of Lockton’s Dallas office. Scardino brings industry expertise in real estate, hospitality and private equity, particularly in the areas of new business production, strategic planning and driving growth through the management of client service, retention and strategic recruiting.
Reporting directly to Michael Chang, head of CRB North America, WTW, he will also work closely with Chuck Shay, the West region leader for the Dallas market responsibilities, in addition to joining the North American executive management team.
Gould is a 40-year insurance industry veteran, also joining WTW from Lockton, where he served as executive vice president and producer. His area of expertise focused on obtaining and retaining large, complex clients.
WTW said the appointments align with its growth strategy for CRB North America, and the duo will play a key role in driving its profitable expansion. Based in Dallas, Scardino and Gould will sit in a critical market, helping improve results and gain market share.
Chang said: "Frank and Ken bring a highly specialised skillset to the team. Their experience, dynamic leadership, and market reputation aligns superbly with our go-forward growth strategy. I am delighted to welcome both Frank and Ken to the team."
Shay added: “The addition of Frank and Ken continues to bring expertise to a significantly growing market for WTW, and I am thrilled to be working with them on our journey to provide superior service and specialized solutions to our clients.”
