WTW nabs Marsh property talent for real estate, hospitality & leisure

Global broker group  WTW nabbed a commercial property leader from rival  Marsh to build out its US team in corporate risk and broking for the real estate, hospitality and leisure industries.

Leigh Ann Rodgers (pictured) will take up a post as client strategy leader for the three subsegments in WTW's western region corporate risk and broking division with a focus on strategy execution for industry vertical clients.

She joins after a four-and-a-half-year stint at Marsh, where she served as a SVP, managing director and placement leader for commercial property. Prior to Marsh, Rodgers served as associate director and property broker for nearly ten years at Wortham.

WTW's head of real estate, hospitality, and leisure division in commercial risk and broking Jim Martuscelli commented: “We are excited to continue strengthening our specialization and technical proficiency within the industry vertical to deliver best-in-class solutions to our clients. Leigh Ann’s unique background in strategy and product development, aligned with significant leadership and industry experience, will aid in providing unique, integrated solutions for clients."
