WTW picks seasoned 15-year veteran for financial leadership
Global broker WTW has picked a seasoned 15-year veteran of the company with Wall Street acumen to bolster its capabilities in the financial institutions and professional services sector.
Brad Messinger has been named as the new leader of the financial institutions and professional services (FI&PS) industry division. Effective January 1, Messinger will assume the role while continuing his current duties as the region leader for the Northeast.
WTW said throughout his 15-year career at the company Messinger has consistently delivered profitable revenue growth in the Northeast region and past profit and loss (P&L) leadership roles. Notably, he serves as the lead relationship manager for several prominent banks and insurance companies.
Messinger’s background includes a role as a management consultant to various retail banks and prior to joining WTW, leading a professional services firm on Wall Street with a focus on investment banks.
Earlier this year, Carmela Inneo was appointed as head of strategy and execution, and Heather Kane assumed the role of broking leader for FI&PS.
Christian Ryan, North American industry verticals leader at WTW, said: "Brad's extensive industry knowledge and unwavering commitment to our clients give us full confidence in his ability to drive our continued growth and success in this sector.
"His leadership and expertise will undoubtedly bolster this division, guaranteeing that WTW continues to provide exceptional service to clients in the Financial Institutions and Professional Services sector."
