Xchanging launches US construction claims service

Business technology and services provider Xchanging has launched a claims service for construction and professional liability in the US.

In addition, Roy Leeds has been appointed as director of US claims operations. Based in North Carolina, he will work closely with Sean Allen, vice president of insurance services, to continue to grow the Xchanging premium claims business.

Leeds previously held senior positions, including Burlington, Great West and DMA Adjusters.  He serves as the vice president of the construction defect claims manager association and vice chair of the insurance committee of the Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF).

Allen said: “The expansion of Xchanging’s insurance team further strengthens our commitment and ability to meet clients’ and prospective clients’ needs here in the US as well as globally. We are thrilled to welcome Roy to Xchanging as he brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge to our organisation.”
