Lloyd's will bear down on delegated authority books as cycle turns

Lloyd's will be taking a microscope to delegated authority deals showing signs of insufficient syndicate oversight, with special concern for signs of frothy trade in D&F property, Lloyd's chief of markets Patrick Tiernan (pictured) warned syndicates in his Q4 market message.
