Mass BI claims pending on IT outage, brokers say; fix times in focus

The global IT outage triggered by a faulty software update will clearly present re/insurers with a hefty bill on business interruption, although price tags remain anybody's guess given variance in timing the fix and vagaries in cost calculations, top global brokers are saying while advising clients en masse to prep claims.
