Moody’s affirms Sompo Japan Insurance amid $3.5bn Aspen acquisition

Moody’s has affirmed Sompo Japan Insurance’s (SJI) insurance financial strength rating (IFSR) and kept a stable outlook, hot on the heels of parent Sompo Holdings’ $3.5 billion plan to acquire Aspen.
