Advocate hires from Capital Risk and TigerRisk

Advocate Reinsurance Partners, a reinsurance broker in Dallas, has appointed two senior executives to run its new Minneapolis/St. Paul office – one joins from Capital Risk Partners and the other from TigerRisk Partners.
