American Overseas appoints CFO

American Overseas Group, the Bermuda holding company that owns American Overseas Reinsurance Company, has appointed Rochelle Fyfe, CFO of Orpheus Group, as its new chief financial officer.

Fyfe is currently a director of the company. She has previously held positions of senior manager at KPMG and vice president of finance and controller for both publicly traded and privately held insurance companies.

Fyfe is a Certified Public Accountant with 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.
