Capsicum Re hires Guy Carp exec

Specialist reinsurance broker Capsicum Re has appointed Malcolm Payton as partner and head of the facultative reinsurance division.

Payton joins from Guy Carpenter Facultative UK, where he served as head of property and energy. Prior to this, he oversaw its international property division. He has also served as head of global facultative operations for JLT Re.
