Cincinnati Insurance hires JLT Re exec
Property and casualty insurance group The Cincinnati Insurance Company has appointed James Hole as part of plans to expand its assumed reinsurance operations.
Hole joins from reinsurance broker JLT Re. The Cincinnati Insurance Company has been a client of JLT Re for a number of years.
He joined JLT Re as part of the 2013 acquisition of Towers Watson’s reinsurance business as managing director of global business development.
Mike Reynolds, global chief executive officer (CEO) of JLT Re, said: “This is a great opportunity for Jamie who has worked closely with The Cincinnati Insurance Company for a number of years. His knowledge and experience will be invaluable to them as it has been to JLT Re. We see this as a good time for Cincinnati to prepare for future opportunities whilst diversifying risk and it makes perfect sense for them to build on the relationship they have with Jamie.
