Concirrus adds ex-UBS digital chief, Google director to advisory panel

London-based insurtech company  Concirrus has strengthened its advisory panel by onboarding three industry experts from Google, Tide and AXIS Capital.

Guy Duncan, Elly Hardwick and Antoine Larmanjat will help the company with wider market adoption.

Duncan is the chief technology officer (CTO) of digital business banking platform Tide, and Larmanjat is the technical director at Google Cloud. Hardwick is the former chief digital officer at UBS and ex-CEO of Credit Benchmark, she is also a non-executive director at AXIS Capital and Alpha Bank.

Concirrus CEO Andrew Yeoman said: “With an ever-increasing roster of customers, Concirrus needs to reflect on the values of the market in its own operations and outlook. Technology needs to be ambitious and pragmatic, transformational and achievable – our advisory panel is helping shape the company for wider market adoption.”

Hardwick, who has over 25 years’ experience at the intersection of financial services and technology, commented: “The insurance industry is seeing a huge increase in demand for new sources of data, and the analytical tools to put that data to work. Concirrus’ rapidly-expanding portfolio of unique datasets and tools makes them a powerful innovator in this space.”
