FM Global appoints SVP for underwriting and reinsurance

Commercial and industrial property insurer FM Global has appointed Randy Hodge to senior vice president, underwriting and reinsurance.

Hodge, who joined the company in 1990, will now manage the company’s underwriting and reinsurance functions and will be based in FM Global’s corporate offices in Johnston, Rhode Island.

Hodge has held a variety of engineering, client service and management positions within the company, and most recently served as vice president and operations manager of FM Global’s Atlanta, Georgia, operations.

"Randy’s proven leadership abilities and more than 27 years of expertise in a variety of areas at FM Global will be vital to his new role overseeing the company’s underwriting and reinsurance functions," said Bret Ahnell, FM Global executive vice president.
