Innovative Coverage Concepts names new COO
Innovative Coverage Concepts (ICC), a wholesale broker and managing general agency (MGA), has appointed Joe Chamberlain as chief operating officer.
Chamberlain has more than 25 years of experience in insurance and operations. During the past four years, as senior vice president of Preferred Concepts, he implemented a Six Sigma initiative to help the firm drive efficiency and improve customer service. Earlier, he was with property/casualty insurer Tower Group Companies, most recently as managing vice president, operations shared services.
