Integro acquires employee benefit consulting practice
US broker Integro has acquired Atlanta-based Dominium to lead its national employee benefit consulting practice.
The Dominium management team, led by chief executive officer Scott Schanen and chief operating officer Jimmy Mills, will guide this large complex risk practice and will play a key role in formulating future growth plans for the combined companies.
Schanen and Mills will remain in their respective leadership positions, reporting directly to William Goldstein, president of Integro. Each will also serve on Integro’s operations committee.
