JLT Re poaches Guy Carpenter exec for credit and political risk unit

Reinsurance broker and consultant JLT Re has hired David Edwards to expand its credit and political risk team.

Edwards will assume the new role later in the year and will be based in JLT Re’s London office. He joins JLT from Guy Carpenter where he has been working for over 10 years, most recently as managing director credit, bond and political risk.
