Marsh McLennan Agency expands presence with dual M&A deals

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), a subsidiary of Marsh, has acquired a personal insurance brokerage firm based in Houston, Texas, and a commercial insurance broker based in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Focus Insurance specialises in customised personal insurance programmes throughout the US. All of its employees, including vice president Mickie Comiskey, will join MMA.

Bradley Insurance Agency serves organisations across multiple industries and sizes. All Bradley employees, including Kendall and Kevin Bradley, will join MMA.
