Oneglobal taps another JLT Re talent amid expansion spree

Specialist independent Lloyd's broker and delegated authority specialist  Oneglobal has continued the build out of its Latin American operations with the hiring of a chief commercial officer from JLT.

José Miguel González (pictured) will join the broker on completion of his existing contractual obligations, and be responsible for all countries in the LatAm region excluding Peru.

Miguel González was latterly CEO of JLT Re Colombia and Peru. Oneglobal said he has strong relationships with senior business leaders throughout Latin America and will be instrumental in driving its growth across the continent.

The company's Latin American operation will be headed by recently appointed Nicolau Daudt as CEO, with support from Alvaro Gabaldon, CEO of Oneglobal Miami, Diana Rios, senior operations assistant Oneglobal Miami and Ricardo Retana, head of Oneglobal Central America.
