Sedgwick expands third-party administration business in Asia
Technology-driven risk solutions provider Sedgwick has expanded its third-party administration business in Asia as part of its growth strategy in the region.
A new third-party administration service center has been launched in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, following the recent digital platform implementation in Singapore.
The new center has been designed to meet the specific needs of Asian and global market clients, it will offer comprehensive first notice of loss (FNOL) and desktop assessment services for medical claims, employee benefits, travel claims, property & third-party liability claims and cyber claims services for a wide range of clients including insurers, reinsurers, mutual groups, intermediaries and corporates.
Sedgwick said the move reaffirms its drive to grow its business in Asia, building on the strategic acquisition of Maphilindo International in 2019.
