WTW taps ex-Marsh/AIG for global role within corporate risk & broking

Global broker

WTW has hired a global client advocate in its corporate risk and broking (CRB) business who has more than 25 years of brokerage and carrier experience, with prior leadership roles in managing large accounts at  Cigna,  Marsh and  AIG.

Andy Blasher (pictured) joins WTW with deep knowledge of large and complex property, casualty, and management liability insurance. He will leverage his industry expertise in retail, hospitality and defense contractors to bring customised solutions to the broker's prospects and clients.

Blasher most recently served for more than five years as vice president, account executive, at Woodruff Sawyer.

“Andy has deep industry knowledge and specialized expertise in understanding complex, global risks, in addition to delivering unique solutions to clients and prospects,” said Jennifer Knox, corporate risk & broking leader, Southern California, WTW. “His knowledge of the market, along with an appreciation for generating data-driven insurance program recommendations, will serve to provide WTW clients with outstanding guidance. I look forward to adding him to our team!”
