Xchanging adds to London team

London-based business processing company Xchanging has appointed Mark Sullivan and Andy Campbell to its claims services business.

Sullivan, who will assume the role of chief adjuster for reinsurance, will combine this position with his current role of head of delegated lead.

Sullivan has over 20 years of experience gained in the Lloyd’s market, focusing his technical adjusting knowledge on reinsurance.

Campbell, who is currently the head of quality, will join Sullivan, supporting him as his deputy.

Steve Woolford has also been promoted to the role of technical head first party.
“We are delighted to announce these changes which have put in place some highly experienced individuals within the adjusting function of XCS,” said Max Pell, managing director of Xchanging's UK insurance business.

“These changes will ensure that we maintain the right level and mix of staff to meet our contractual obligations and to ensure quality and service level outputs are in line with customer demand and expectations.”
