Perils raises European storm loss estimate to €2.8bn

Perils has raised its industry loss estimate for severe convective storms that hit Germany, France, Switzerland and Italy in July to €2.80 billion from an initial €2.2 billion, reflecting updated loss data collected from affected insurers.
