TWIA shot down on 10% rate hike request following Hurricane Beryl
The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) was shot down in its attempts to secure a 10% rate increase on residential and commercial policies for 2025 on concern that it is excessive for coastal regions following Hurricane Beryl.
