US tariff regime hit to auto insurance lines will be ‘manageable’: Morgan Stanley

The new tariff regime in the US could have a mid-single digit impact to loss-cost trend in automotive insurance, a “manageable” level given room for rate softening to be curtailed on the market, analysts at US equity brokerage Morgan Stanley have claimed.
