Hiscox expands ILS team
Bermuda-based Hiscox Re Insurance Linked Strategies, the ILS asset management arm of Hiscox, has appointed Ben Fox as portfolio manager.
Fox joins Hiscox Re ILS from Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, where he served as principal of insurance-linked securities since July 2014. In this role, he co-managed the Plan’s ILS portfolio and was responsible for all analytics including portfolio construction and optimization capabilities.
