Crawford taps Gallagher Bassett for TPA leadership role

Claims management and outsourcing provider  Crawford & Company has hired a head of client management for its UK-based third-party administration arm,  Crawford TPA.

Francine Lagna-Fietta (pictured) is responsible for the strategic direction of Crawford’s TPA client relationships with carriers, brokers and corporates, the company said in a statement.

She joins from US-headquartered claims management group Gallagher Bassett where she worked for more than 18 years, most recently as a client services director.

According to Crawford, Lagna-Fietta will “look to reimagine and simplify customer solutions for Crawford TPA” in partnership with the company’s UK leadership.
